The Bellgrove neighborhood is located in northern Hopkins, with Minnetonka Boulevard running through the middle. Bellgrove borders Minnehaha Creek and offers residents scenic views and wooded scenery. Within the neighborhood, there are approximately 80 single-family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles. Homes for sale range from $300,000 to $1.4 million in price. Bellgrove in Hopkins is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes, a family-friendly community, and convenient location.

 

Bellgrove is situated within close proximity to a variety of amenities within Hopkins. Residents in the neighborhood have easy access to a wide varietyDowntown Hopkins, Minnesota of shopping, dining, and recreational activities, including Big Willow Park, the Shoppes at Knollwood, Minneapolis Golf Club, Meadowbrook Golf Course, and Ridgedale Center. The Shoppes at Knollwood are located 2 miles east of Bellgrove offering some of the top shopping, dining, and grocery experiences in the area. Some amenities at Knollwood include Target, Cub Foods, Nordstrom, Applebees, and many more. Residents of Bellgrove also have easy access to Big Willow Park, which is located on 95 acres and features scenic views of Minnehaha Creek.

 

Residents of Bellgrove are served by Independent School District 270 also known as Hopkins Public Schools. Within the Hopkins school district,Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota there are approximately 7,200 students in grades K-12. Hopkins High School is the only high school in ISD 270 and is situated just north of Bellgrove in Minnetonka. At Hopkins High school there are approximately 1,600 students in grades 10-12. Other schools in the district include Hopkins North Junior High, Eisenhower Elementary, and LH Tanglen Elementary.
